Our Heritage. Fungi Sergei Ivanovich!

Fungi Sergei Ivanovich was born in 1820, in the small town of Kasimov, Ryazan province. Artistic skills training began in 1844, he entered the Moscow School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. Much commitment and performance already at the beginning of training made it meaningful to other students in the eyes of teachers. Sergei Ivanovich works in various genres-from household fabrics, historical paintings to illustrations for literary works. Among his works are the most popular pattern is considered to be "Washerwoman," "The Girl at the Well", a portrait of Dr. NE Mazurina portrait NA Mosolov, "Seeing recruit," "Blessing of the bride", "Hide and Seek" and others. Recent years, the famous artist painted churches of Moscow and Kursk.
