This is the most delicious "namazyvalka" of all that I tried. It tastes very much like red caviar, it always goes with a bang! Recipe mom "brought" from the guests many years ago, and now this pate is very often!
Ingredients:
Herring - 1 pc
Butter - 150 g
Frozen cheese - 2 pcs.
Carrot (small) - 3 pieces
Preparation:
Suckle the herring from the inside, skin and bones. Carrots boil until cooked.
